24 Hours Required Notice for Cancellations

A valid credit card must be presented at time of booking. No charge for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time shall incur a fee of 50% of the total charge for the service(s) booked. A fee of 100% of the total charge for the service(s) booked shall be imposed for all missed appointments.
